Soft serve, studied. One machine, a quiet board of sauces, crunches and chews. Built to order, eaten standing up.
A soft serve kiosk with a pastry section's discipline. Every topping is made in house, packed in small batches, and retired after three days of service.
The menu is short on purpose: one perfect swirl, then texture. A sauce for weight, a crunch for noise, a chew for patience. Mix freely; everything on the board already agrees with everything else.
Every flavor on the board, and who it runs with.

The named builds. Tasted, scored, kept.
Four builds, named for weather and sky, tasted until they earned the board. Order one by name, or take its parts apart on the wheel above.
Nothing on the board is bought finished. Crumbs are baked low and slow, sauces are drawn from siphons and squeeze bottles kept at four degrees, mochi is mixed, cooked and sliced in house.
Concrete, steel, one yellow cone. Opening soon.
